Three P’s: The Key to Restoration

Three P’s: The Key to Restoration

By Steven Lambert

“But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and NONE SAITH, RESTORE.” (Is. 42:22; KJV)

“And this [is] a people seized and spoiled, Snared in holes — all of them, And in houses of restraint they were hidden, They have been for a prey, And there is no deliverer, A spoil, and none is saying, `Restore.'” (Is. 42:22; YLT)

So many believers (myself included) in this hour have experienced the seizure and plundering of their lives in many ways, particularly financially, having had material things stolen, seized, and plundered from them by the THIEF, “who came but for to steal, kill, and destroy” (Jn. 10:10).

Here’s a key to restoration I believe is a word the Lord gave me.

If the above verse describes your current circumstances, the last part of the verse is the KEY TO RECOVERY! I am in the process of applying this to my own life as well.

“NONE SAITH, RESTORE!”

I genuinely sense this is a simple yet profoundly powerful key to restoring all that Satan, the Thief, has plundered from your life! That key is to DECREE, DECLARE “RESTORE!” in your life! That’s right: DECREE IT! Here’s the scriptural foundation I base this on:

Please receive instruction from His mouth And establish His words in your heart. “If you return to the Almighty, YOU WILL BE RESTORED; If you remove unrighteousness far from your tent, And place your gold in the dust, And the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brooks, Then the Almighty will be your gold And choice silver to you. “For then you will delight in the Almighty And lift up your face to God. “You will PRAY to Him, and He will hear you; And you will PAY your vows. “You will also DECREE A THING, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways. “When you are cast down, you will SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE (faith), And the humble person He will save. “He will deliver one who is not innocent, And he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands. (Job 22:22-30)

  • PRAY — to draw near to God so that He will draw near to you with His PRESENCE that cannot help but to PERMEATE you with His POWER and His PRUDENCE which will reveal to you a warfare strategy of/from/with/by His Word!
  • PAY — your vows of your tithes and offerings (Mal. 3:8-12); the most important time to pay your vows of tithes and offerings is in the time of lack and financial crisis! DONT’ STOP! He has sworn by Himself to open up the windows of heaven to pour you out an overrunning abundance (cf., Lk. 6:38)!
  • PROCLAIM — “You will also DECREE (PROCLAIM) a thing” — namely, your restoration — “When you are cast down, you will SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE (faith), And the humble (obedient) person He will SAVE.” The Hebrew word translated “save” here, like the Greek word, connotes to SAVE and RESTORE!

So the answer is not a matter of just PRAYER, especially someone else’s, except for you to draw nearer to God to hear His heart for you and a warfare strategy from Him. Rather, it’s a matter of warfare of/from/with/by the Word!

Remember that above everything else that God wants for us, He wants us to prosper in every aspect of our life: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” (3 Jn. 1:2)

It is Satan, the thief, who comes to steal, kill, and destroy — NOT GOD! “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” (Jn. 10:10)

PRAY — PAY — PROCLAIM — YOUR OWN RESTORATION!

IT WILL WORK IF YOU BELIEVE IT AND DO IT!
